I'm Back.

I've been tackling one of the most difficult financial year end's I had to manouver at work, and have been very preoccupied by it. Politics were intense, money was tight, and stress was high. My division blew it for the year, came in too high, which means a nasty meeting next Tuesday to deliver the good news to the big boss. But, my work is done.... I'm just the messenger, not the guy who spent the money.

Nevertheless, with this behind me, I am returning to full participation here as a moderator. That's right, Sheriff's back in town, a$$holes. Make my day... lol.

Everyone, keep your postings in the correct topic! There is so much good advice here that by keeping it indexed into the appropriate places, it makes it easier for others to get specific answers to their questions.

I know. Sorry.... the tree needed pruning, so to speak. We need to keep some balance in the topics, and not always gravitate to one.

Otherwise, a lot of the important questions, and the very important Newbie advice, gets buried too quickly and info gets tough to find.
