took these pics of my hair today and noticed they looked really different, especially in the back. Some sort of part like thing has developed on the back of my head that wasn't there 5-6 months ago. And also the right side of my head has always had this like little cowlick thing but I've noticed it's gotten bigger lighting is kind of the same and hair is same length on pics, also pics are comparing today and 5-6 months ago. My dad also has something similar on the back of his head and he's not bald

It's just the strong contrast between your skin tone and hair color. You have no balding.
