If You're Thinning In A Nw5 Pattern At 29, What Are Chances You End At Nw6 Or 7?

my thinning pattern is like this - balding up top but I have high very thick sides and high crown.

If I'm like that now, what are the odds I end up being a NW6 or 7 at older age? I had a transplant done this year. I'm really hoping I don't end up being a 6 or a 7... That would make it very difficult to have decent looking hair considering I'm going to have a good amount up top...if the sides and crown dip way down, that would could make it very ugly. It's so hard to have good hair even with say 8000 or 9000 grafts when you have to work with a low crown and low sides because the amount of area you need to cover with hair transplants is huge

edit: I'm on rogaine, finasteride and nizoral

Sorry to tell you but it's very likely, hair only gets more sensitive to DHT with age. But if you incorporate nizoral and propecia into your routine its conceivable that your transplant will continue to look good for 20+ years. You may even have regrowth if you're lucky.

Yeah there is a very good chance you will end up at nw6 or nw7. If there are close family members that are nw6-7 then you probably will too. If meds work for you then maybe you can get an extra decade or so of hair.

Atleast ur not thinning in a nw6 pattern at 21 bro

I understand that hair gets more sensitive to DHT - which is why I know that my hair up top will probably all go away at some point

but if my sides/crown are still very thick/high (like in that pic) at 29, why would that change as I get older?
