Hi Friends,
Below is my treatment history(most recent at top), PLEASE advise your valuable suggestion, if i were you what would you do/try next? THANKS A LOT!

Options:
#1. Drop minoxidil to 1X/day. Apply night time and wash with mild shampoo in morning?
#2 . Drop minoxidil and try different kind treatment?
#3. Try a different itch free minoxidil?
#4. Any other valuable comments?

Treatement history:

Year 2009 (1 week) - Regular rogaine with scalp inflammation but still trying to manage with Nizrol and other inflammation treatments (emu, tea tree oil, etc.,)
Year 2009 (4 months) - #540 Minoxidil 5% w/o Propylene Glycol - Makes my hair sticky, thin and lost whatever hair grown by previous minoxidil version.
Year 2009 (1 month) - #500 Minoxidil 5% with Propylene Glycol - Dryness, itchyness.
Year 2008 - Minoxidil With Betamethazone Valerate - Gradually losing hair.
Year 2007 - Rogain Foam - Almost lost ground
Year 2006 - Rogain Liquid - Good results, after a year treatment got scalp inflammation so switched to foam.

Note: I'm taking propecia with all these treatments.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Gents,
I'm thinking to drop rogaine 1X/day (apply night time, shower in morning with mild shampoo) inorder to reduce inflammation and irritation, do you think it will help?

Probably.

Then perhaps you could add something different to the mix: Tricomin, Prox-N, spironolactone; you could even switch Propecia for Avodart. I don't know, all depends on your budget & any aversion to taking stronger drugs (i.e. Avodart).

I hate to recommend this and I've said this before in another post, but try A&G Hair Complex. People are trying the new treatment now, and so far, half the people have seen no results, while the other half a little improvement. It's too early to tell yet, you need to give the treatment a good 3 months I'd say.

i reckon u could try some other topicals: tricomin, spironolactone, aminexil...Although i reckon u should atleast stick to minoxidil once a day...cos ull prob lose some ground once u completely stop use.

well i would find the minoxidil that maybe just leaves your scalp a little dry and just work on counter acting that. Maybe with essential oils like tea tree or even aplly olive oil or emu oil at nights or even a couple times a week the scalp can take a lot more harsh chemicals when its looked after.
