If I Shampoo My Hair Every 5-7 Days

If i'm shedding about 60-70 hairs when I wash my hair which is around every 5-7 days, does that mean i'm technically shedding 10 hairs a day? Does that make sense or am I too drunk right now?

Too many variables. You'll more than likely shed 100-150 hairs a day, every day. The difference is whether or not they regrow to normal thickness.

Obviously a guy wih full NW6 will shed less hair as he's missing half his hair.

I always wonder how people can come to an exact hair count as to shredding. Anyway, if you're balding I recommend you wash your hair more often.
