If hair cloning becomes successful, will it also help guys to get full beard?

So when hair follicle cloning becomes a real thing, does it mean that by then guys with no or a little facial hair can grow beards as full as they want? Also for eyebrows, chest hair, since there are unlimited grafts to use. Every man or even woman, basically anyone can become Greg Berzinsky with a hair transplant if follicles can be cloned.

transplant the hair on your head into your beard and then replenish it

It does not really worth it especially if you are also balding, and some people still can't grow a natural looking dense full beard after the transplant with their available grafts.

I don't see why not though I'd never put my head hair around my beard or vice versa
