If finasteride and nizoral didn't work, what's next?

I'm on finasteride and nizoral for 3 months with no reduction in hairloss. I know is too early to make any conclusions but I just wanna have a plan B. Suppose this combo didn't work after more than a year, should I:

1) Keep using finasteride and nizoral, and add minoxidil
2) Keep using finasteride and nizoral, and add revivogen
3) Drop finasteride, and use minoxidil
4) Drop finasteride, and use revivogen
5) Drop finasteride, go for dutasteride

If it doesnt work out. I would say go for #1 and add the minoxidil.
