i told her at first that my mother had the same sort of hairloss called diffuse unpaterned alopecia and then she asked me about if i have any illnesses i said no to all health problems, but still she thought i had an underlining health condition which i explained is a genetic hair loss problem, the trichologist had no idea of what diffuse unpatterned alopecia was, she thought i had it because i was ill, even though I've done all the blood tests. i donno what to do now, any thoughts?

I believe that trichologists are not necessarily doctors. If you want an authoritative opinion you should see a dermatologist.
