no you are fine
Thank you for replying. No one answered on another message board so I posted here hoping to get some answers. So from what you see I'm not losing my hair in anyway? Is it possible to keep your hair throughout your life if your dad and your grandpa on your dad side are balding? I never knew my grandpa on my mom side and we don't have any pictures. My dad I remember didn't start getting the bald spot into his late 50s or early 60s.

Those smaller hairs are clearly baby hairs. No balding.

I'm not sure those are baby hairs could be slight minizuration....but overall you look fine. Most likely just a late mature hairline....

I think those short hairs have always been there. Also theser pictures were like a week or two after getting a short hair cut. So you don't see any sign of balding?

Any signs of hair loss at all or am I fine? The photos show over time and the dates are the name of each picture. It basically goes from some time in late 2018 to Apr of 2019 to Sep 2019 to Feb of 2020. The 2018 picture was taken with a horrible camera and I had longer hair then the other pictures. The other pictures are after a haircut.

A little background about me is that I'm a 30 year old about to turn 31 Asian with very straight thick coarse hair. I was concerned about my hair about 2 years ago so I posted pictures here a while back and was told me hair looks great. About 2 years ago I also sent pictures to a hair restoration clinic via email and they told me my hair looked fine and I paid $100 to see another highly rated hair restoration specialist in Los Angeles in person who took at a look at my hair and told me I had one of the best looking head of hair for a 29 year old. My hairloss anxiety popped up again and last year around July or August of last year and I sent pictures to the same hair restoration clinic who told me I was still fine and I went to see a dermatologist that also specializes in hairloss and he took a look at my hair and told me I'm fine too. Now its Feb 2020 and I was wondering do you guys see any signs of hairloss at all? According to people on hairlosstalk my crown shows no sign of hairloss so I'm wondering about my hairline.

Some history is that my dad loss some hair on his crown, but it started in his 60's and he's about 67 right now. My grandpa on my dad side lost most of his hair, but he's about 89 years old. I never knew my grandpa on my mom side and we don't have any pictures but my mom told me he had hair into his 60's. I just don't know if he was losing it or if it was a thick head of hair.

Thank you for any answer.

Good hair. No need to start anything yet

It seems like the general consensus is that my hair is perfectly fine and that I shouldn't do anything so thank you so much everyone for replying and easing my mind. I'm dealing with another health issue so I'm going to focus on that.

Yeah it's definitely not conclusive but you have decent hair for your age....I would say keep an eye on it.....baby hairs are a myth, alot of male pattern baldness looks like baby hairs especially if it's receding because those hairs become miniturized...called vellus hair. Hope you over come your health problems...
