i don't use conditional i only use shampoo, but i tried it today. i'm a difusing thinner with most of my damage in the mid to frontal scalp, i wash my hair with with my regular shampoo, so then i try the gardener fructic conditional, left it for about 10-15 minutes in my hair, after i washed my hair to take off the conditional, i started brushing and to my surprise the brush was full of hair, i clean the brush and brushed my hair again and it came out full of hair again. no everything is back to normal by only using shampoo (only 5-6 hair, here and their) does anybody know why this happened. maybe it was that i left it more than 3 minutes?

Conditioner...

Get a salon Conditioner, something like AC Revitalize.

Conditoners moisturise the hair and cause surface tension between hair shafts and hands or a brush in your case. This surface tensions allows hairs in telogen phase of the growth cycle to become easily dislodged thus creating the illusion that the conditioner is causing a shed.

I have stopped using shampoos which advertise as having conditioners which give "smooth shiny or straight hair" which u never know what it really does to yr hair. There ar eundred of such products ou thtere which means hundred of chemicals which are unknown in the way they interact with hair.
