Hey. Here is the story:

I turned 18 this week. About 3 months ago, I took a highly androgenic prohormone called Phera-Plex, which is a progestin. Its not as androgenic as DHT but I am sure it caused something. Around day 22-23, I had some pimples on my scalp and I got off this sh*t ASAP.

After that, the effects subsided. Now, my testosrone was low and I began post-cycle therapy. There, I was using CLOMID, which stimulates testicles to product more testosterone.

Now, I feel super strong and I am gaining well, I am guessing my testosterone is high as sh*t, and today my scalp was kinda inflamed or something. I'm just more aware of it, and theres area that kinda hurt to scratch (not hurt, just irritated), and they itch all over.

Now, I am using NIZORAL shampoo, every day, sometimes I rotate with T/Gel, and am thinking my hair just needs conditioner. However, this is pretty much scalp specific, so I'm getting off clomid.

I'd like to know if:
A) Can I be losing hair if I still haven't grown facial hair?

B) Should I get a script for Procepia? Is it something I will have to take for life or do I take it for 1-2 years and then my hair loss is halted?
C) Any other advice?

A: Yes, it's possible, but not that common. Were you a late bloomer when it comes to puberty or did you develop normally otherwise, just without getting the facial hair? Some guys never get much facial or body hair, doesn't mean they're immune to baldness.
B: Propecia isn't a cure for baldness, it only slows it down. Once you stop, you will not start losing hair again. If you quit after 2 years, you are likely to get 2 years' worth of hair loss a few months later.
C: Nutrition probably not that important. Try to make sure that you actually are losing hair before going on propecia, have a dermatologist check for miniaturization if necessary. If you notice significant side effects (e.g. libido gone) you can try to wait 3-4 weeks and see if they subside. But don't try to "ride it out" for months. I did that and now I can't get rid of them even though I quit the drug. Obviously the safest path would be quitting as soon as you notice any significant sides.

That's not true, that is what happens if you stop minoxidil, but if you stop propecia your hairloss just begins again at the rate it was previously progressing.

Go see a doctor and don't take anything you aren't supposed to. They are banned for a reason.
