I Think i see VELLUS HAIR!!!

Hey everyone,

Two months ago i shaved my head because im a diffuse thinner, and now im letting it grow back. I havn't had any sort of hair cut yet. Its about maybe over an inch long everywhere. Today, while applying some minoxidil on my scalp, i parted my hair just to take a look, and i saw some vellus hairs. So i parted it again in a few different places and there they were again. Since my hair is all even in length, i could see that these hairs were about half the length of my normal hair. So its either that these hairs are dieing (God i hope not, or its new hairs growing in).

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for vellus hairs to become terminal. Im hoping that if i grow enough of them, i might just die my hair, that way it might help cover up my scalp.

I'll be taking pictures soon, hopefully in another month or two you might be able to see a noticeable difference.

I had vellus hairs appear on my temple after about 2 months finasteride treatment. Only tiny unpigmented ones. They havent developed much over the last month Im sorry to say, but I think there are more of them.

most vellus seems to turn terminal, so far alot of mine has. Took about 4 months for first vellus to go terminal and im continually seeing new vellus.
