I Popped 2 Pimples In Hair Area - What Next?

one on each area above the outside part of the eyebrows

My doctor told me (I had hair transplant 2 months ago) to not pop these pimples but I did it anyways

what should I do next? usually when I pop pimples in the skin, it naturally goes away but these are not going away
