I Only Lose Very Tiny Hairs, What Does It Mean ?

Hello,

I'm a french(i apologize if my grammar is not perfect) guy of 23 years old.
I'm struggle with hair loss for a while now. In the past i was losing hair everywhere on my scalp, very long healthy one, and very tiny one.
I know that tiny hair is the end of a cycle, the hair can die and never grow back. So in the past, i was concern with both, long and short hairs.
But for few months, i start a very healthy life - stress free. My hair are now very strong and shiny, they're perhaps 8 cm long and i lose only 1 cm to 0,5 tiny hairs.
So i was curious to know if anyone lived the same thing that i do, and ... did it end well ?

It means the follicles are shrinking in order to form bald spots.
