So i've started balding at 16 and i was like a NW1 or something and from 16 to 17 my hair loss got really aggressive that i became a NW2 on one side and NW1.5 on the other side with some frontal thinning. I thought that i would become bald in 2 years or something and i was freaked out. I'm 19 now and my hair is the same hair i had when i was 17 and i only started taking finasteride a month ago. So i was wondering if my hair loss is not aggressive anymore.
My crown and hair behind the front are still extremely thick tho, maybe thinner than before idk, but i've not noticed any difference. So i basically only have the front thinning in like a NW3 or a NW4 pattern, does that mean that i won't become a NW6 or NW7 ? My father is a NW7 so i'm kinda confused but i know male pattern baldness is unpredictable.
So what do you guys think ? is my hair loss considered aggressive or not ? and is it possible that i only lose hair until i become a NW3 or NW4 and then hair loss stops ? Cause that would be totally cool as it'd be easier to get transplants and become a full head again forever.
