i need advice pleasee

i already posted a while ago about my hairline slowly receding but i have noticed for a while that in the sides of my head ( not the top ) literrley the sides there little little holes with no hair maybe like 3 dots so i thought to my self meh i probley hit my head somewhere or something but then i noticed more on my other side now im getting worried and theres also little dots on the top of my head but theres hair there just thinner around the crown of my head and the top of my head ........no pics sorry i was just wondering if someone would knows what this is and if propecia can help ?

im going to the doctors tmrw but i wanted to ask here too appreciate it

Hmm,

Never heard anything about dots, are they like indents.. acne maby? I have noticed a few things like this pop up on my face that I only notice because I'm paying so much attention to my face, lol.. they usually go away however..

How old are you, are you on nizoral or minoxidil? and how bad is your receding? compare it to mine if you want.

well put it this way my hairline is straight right now its just that my sides are thinning so it looks like its receding half an inch

its not bad at all but i want to do something before it gets worse im going to start with rogaine either then that im not on anything im 20 years old

but i mean dots like little spots with no hair on the sides of my head and on the top its weird theres hair but there little dots with thick hair and the rest are thinning all aroudn my crown and top of my head i was just wondering if propecia works for thinning hair on the top of the head too?

i have a bad case of dandruss and that may be it i think

Hmm, could it just be a maturing hairline perhaps? most guys start to notice a small bit of receding at that age.

Nizoral 2% shampoo would help your dandruff problems for sure, and possibly regrow that hair if it's indeed balding... not to mention it makes your hair looks 10 x's healthier in most cases. Is your Dad/Grandfather bald?
