i need advice on what to add...

hello everybody. ive been using some form of finasteride since summer of 2004. and minoxidil as well as nizoral. i guess it has slowed things, but now im gettin thin in the horseshoe pattern. sides and back are thick. front and everything in the middle of the horseshoe is going. what should i add to possibly combat this? spironolactone?

I would move to Xandrox 15, finasteride, nizoral and spironolactone for starters.

When finasteride stopped working for me I switched to dutasteride and loss has halted since then.

I agree with SE Freak that switching to a higher strength minoxidil and adding spironolactone would be beneficial too. You could also think about copper peptides e.g. tricomin
