As requested several times, please do not mention or discuss Kens product at all. This is not restricting our freedom of speech. In fact Ken is aware that negative press is one of the best ways to gain attention for a product. So saying nothing about it takes care of two issues:

1) Ken will not feel harassed or insulted by our users.

2) We maintain the hairlosstalk forums as a no-advertising zone.

I would request that you not contact Ken and mention my name, or my web sites name, without my permission. Common sense would decree this as poor judgement, especially since there are legal proceedings going on. If you want to contact Ken yourself and discuss topics of debate directly with him, feel free, but please do not mention or include this site in your discussions. Remain vague and refer to the hair loss forums in general please. I appreciate your help with this.
