I honestly believe there is a correlation between caffeine and hairloss

Maybe androgen-independent hair loss, but I highly doubt supplementing with Iron would have any effect on androgen-dependent hairloss.
Very true. It's always good to have your blood checked out though, you never know what might turn up.

According to some research too much coffee can cause iron deficiency which can be resulted to hair loss. I believe anything that is excess can be bad for our health.

It’s a microfactor IMO.
I know there are millions of possibilities out there. If you are significantly balding it takes months to turn it around.
I know men don’t want to hear this, but to regrow non growing hair.
1)Decrease androgens significantly
Spirolactone, Duasteride, ,Finasteride, this can now be applied topically.
2)Apply estrogen gel to scalp.
3) increase T3/4 thyroid supplements. Also can be taken in liquid.
I guarantee your hair will significantly improve.

I’ve wondered this too. I used to drink like 4–5 cups of coffee a day, and once I started cutting back I swear my hair fallout slowed down a bit. Not science, just my anecdotal experience.
Lately, I switched to MUD WTR for a lot of my morning routine instead of straight coffee. It still gives me a gentle lift, and I don’t feel as jittery, which makes me hope it’s easier on my hair health.
