I've lost a ton of hair up top but it's very high up top. My sides are still super thick/high. I think i've probably lost 60 to 80% of my hair up top. I have a patch in the crown that I've probably lost 95% of my hair in also.
I got a 4,000 graft surgery which my doctor told me resulted in about 12K new hairs added (he said I had tons and tons and tons of 3 and 4 hair grafts). How much of my childhood density do you guys think this surgery will give me once it actually grows in? It's been 7 weeks so I'm still just waiting
I have extremely thick, coarse, wavy hair structure...which is why people think I still have decent hair even though I've lost so much. I can make the 20% I still have look decent
