i just ordered topical spironolactone 5%,
and xandrox 5% with retian a.
i also added omega 3 fatty +vitamins just to feel better.
i have two questions:
do u know if its effective?
(never saw someone who had good reasult)
how to use spironolactone on long hair?
im one of thos guys who had side effects due finsteride.
(took it about 6 months with good reasult!)
if any one could reccomand on better regime please tell me.
gotta maintaine my hair until CB-03-01 comes out!

today im using normal 5%minoxidil and nizoral2%
