I Have A Feeling My Head Skin Became Much Thinner. Is It Possible?

Hi, I am diffuse thinner and I think my head skin became much thinner during 9 months lasting rapid balding hell. I kinda feel that something weird happened in the layer between my skull and skin this January and this layer began to thin. I feel this layer thinning initiated balding. How valid my thoughts can be? O is my mind just making up some crazy thoughts?

mine is thin as hell compared to my back and sides. don't think it's a sign of good things man. Loss of fat and vascularization due to dying sh*t follicles.

Massage your scalp. Preferably with an oil of some sort (coconut)
You gotta keep the scalp skin moving over your skull on a regular basis. This will keep the blood flowing and may help you from getting that hard, balloon tight looking skin on your noggin.
