I had my colon removed, can this cause or increase hairloss?

Hey all

Im 26, i had my colon removed 3 years ago and my hair has thinned dramactically since then, does anyone know if there could be a link somehow?
if so is there any way of combating it?

Strange quesiton i know, but i would be grateful for any advice
