What do I do now?

I had 4000 grafts with Dr Richard Keller, he is a reputable and recommended surgeon on multiple sites. I have very good hair texture - thick, coarse and wavy so I expected huge results and my difference has been very minimal- my hairline is better and my crown is not as bald but overall density is barely better

Do I shave my head now and just grow a beard? How bad will the FUT scar be?

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Huge waste of 13k

Just trust my word. I think the yield rate from the grafts has been 10%

I was told about 11000 hairs. I see about 500 hairs
