The result of dutasteride and placebo is very similar, what does it mean?

I can't make sense of the numbers, the results between the drug and placebo is similar, what does it mean? But all the posts I read about its trials results are promising without ever linking to this real trial.

The numbers here are confusing.

The number that matters is the hair count and it looks like dutasteride increased growth about 10% in 6 months. The side effects are almost even between placebo and the drug so they all must have been reading online and went paranoid.
