Background info: very unhealthy lifestyle, smoking, eating junk, anxiety and extreme stress, depression, for years.

Current hairline (just turned 21 years old)- http://i.imgur.com/MI5nROE.jpg

almost year ago - http://i.imgur.com/vC4iKSM.jpg (my fringe is like 2-3 inches here and has some annoying gaps because my hair is wavey when longer)

This is from a few years ago, my hair is much shorter here, and it was without a doubt thicker - http://i.imgur.com/mZsvTw1.jpg (fringe is only about 1 inch here)

Anyway, over the past 2 or so years, I have definitely been feeling like my hair situation has been getting worse and worse, I used to just get really short military style cuts but my forehead seems huge to me now, so I have to let the top grow out a lot more to get fringe coverage. The back of my head where I have a cowlick also seems to have actually thinned.damaged broken hairs noticably, and the top of head also some scalp is visible.

My hair when growing up was extremely thick and plentiful, but over the last few years more and more hair falls out all the time, and seems to be very damaged and much finer/thin strands. Should I be worried? If it's because of chronic stress/unhealthy eating/no sleep, is it fixable?

I started noticing my hairline being higher about 2 years ago, then again a year ago, each time doing my best to ignore it after obsessing for a while and being afraid I'll end up bald. Please help!

(I've been using nizoral on and off but I can't say I've noticed improvements)
