I don't get it??!

I have been in the hairloss game and all over various boards for years now, and it always seems as though those who reap benefits from dutasteride (many, but not all) use it in conjunction WITH finasteride.

Whether they use dutasteride 3x a week and finasteride 4x a week, or each drug 1x a day, it seems as though there is a synergy between the two or something.
Theoretically it doesn't make sense, but I have read too many posts on this board and others over the years from those who claim better results using the 2 together as opposed to either on their own.

What gives? Any theories?

i think people use dutasteride not every day because the just affraid drink dutasteride every day thats all

Price is probably the big issue with dutasteride.

BTW, you don't 'drink' dutasteride.

i was always under the impression that dutasteride at anymore than 3x a week
makes finasteride redundant. as for there being a synergy between the two ive
no idea. i dont even know of anyone who takes them together
apart from ccs.
