can someone please give me the rundown on microneedle/dermarolling? I'm thinking of adding the .5mm to add before applying minoxidil. I read it's good but somewhere on this forum someone said it could cause fibrosis.... so I need some advice. I just read the 2013-2014 study that 1.5mm + minoxidil was superior in inducing hair growth than just minoxidil. Help!
