Well, I first started minoxidil in 2012/February, then I added proscar and nizoral 2 months later. For six months; I used them with a perfect discipline. Result: PERFECT...

Then I moved abroad, partied, lost my diet and I did not follow my regimen regularly :/

Now, it is 2016 and I am much better than 2012; however, a lot worse than 2013...

Now i am back; why? Well, my crush called me bald :/


And now, my biggest problem is my crown.

I will update every month the result here.

Hmm... Yeah that's definitely a bald spot and not a small one... Not sure why you'd let it progress to that stage of you were aware of the treatments and their effectiveness. Very stupid... Anyway, what's done is done. You'll need a hair transplant to address that, finasteride, minoxidil or dutasteride won't fix that. Your hairline seems to have responded well though, so small mercies!

It may have not been the smartest thing to slack off from treatment but you are back on them. Continue with Minoxidil usage, you can try adding Dutasteride but it may not be necessary if Finasteride has really been sufficient for your case. There are experimental treatments but the ones mentioned have been proven to work best and are the most recommended.

Crown is a black hole for transplant hairs.
You'll have to throw dutasteride and everything under the sun at it for 2 years then look at a hair transplant.
2 years because that's usually the full benefit of finasteride/dutasteride and you'll be to young for a hair transplant.

You're pretty much buzzed now so go lower and get in shape. Maybe pick up a hobby like cycling, mnt biking or crossfit.

Only if you're using overpriced trash like a lazer comb. Plenty of studies saying it along with minoxidil and finasteride gives better results than just minoxidil and finasteride.

It's working for you. But still, you had some aggressive baldness back in 2012.

One thing I might add.

You should obviously stay on hair medication.

Have you considered PRP treatment? (Platelet Rich Plasma). It might be your best shot
to regrow some hair. Of course, stay on finasteride and Min.

No pedo here. Although this is so true. Being bald or noticably bald immediately eliminates most of the young chicks from the dating pool. I'm 32 now, but at 30 years old my hair still holding up quite well, and in terms in physique and generally the way I looked I was probably at my peak, also I'm fairly tall so that's also a plus. Although I wouldn't date anyone around 18, it would feel good when high school girls turn their heads to check you out. There's just no way young chicks would check out a guy in his 30s unless he has decent hair. My hair has gotten worse since then and it seems to me that unless I do my best with hair products and cake my head with Toppik it seems like I'm becoming more and more invisible to younger girls going without any concealer, even height and physique isn't saving me there. The thing they do with their lips or the way they brush their hair as you walk past them is happening way less.
I've being become dead and empty on the inside. Who cares about attracting girls around my age that "don't care" about balding men. Most women over here around my age don't look well maintained at all.

Pavi uses it with Minoxidil. Pavi has really thick hair.

It might be useless on it's own (I don't use it myself).

But it is supposed to enhance Minoxidil gains, and be a catalyst for the Sulfate enzyme.

I'm 22 at a bad norwood 3 level. My hair is as long as possible to cover the damage and it's worked pretty well but basically I need a transplant in the next 12 months at maybe 3000 grafts with Erdogan to fix my hairline and the front or I'm doomed. I've started a regime this month because I've been freaking out, funny enough propecia has drastically increased my sex drive and I've slept with more girls in 2017 than 2016 already, trying to get as many younger girls I can before the opportunity runs out. Hopefully the treatments work and I can make it to the end of 2017 without a transplant and still get the puss.
