I am 23 and What kind of hair loss is this [pic attached]

Hello , I am 23 and i had full hairs in my crown before 1 year ! later i got itching and dandruff and i lost lots of hair .Please See the attached pic.Is this due to MTB or it is diffuse thinning or its just due to dandruff.Now i started using nizoral 1% weekly twice and my itching and hair loss is under control.


PS: my dad is bald ..But my elder brother(doctor) told only elder will get hereditary hair loss i dont have to worry.

My opinion is you have male pattern baldness unfortunately. First sign of male pattern baldness is itchiness and redness in the scalp. You're hair in the picture is very thin.
Not being mean to your brother but he really don't seem to know much about hairloss. People suffer from male pattern baldness as early as 17 years old. Happens all the time.

thanks ! but the hair in my frontal was also thin before 3 months but it has regrown thick...is it still male pattern baldness ? and if i start finasteride will i lose sexual interest ? and after i stop finasteride will i lose al the hair i got by finasteride ?

It is still most probably male pattern baldness. It is possible to lose sexual interest, but that should stop after a month or two of using finasteride. And yes, if you stop, you WILL lose the hair you gained by finasteride.
