Humidity Kills And Make My Hair In Bad Shape

hi

my hair deals very strange with humidity and summer.

i have very good hair in the winter almost perfect, and the worst hair ever in summer especially when humid.

it becomes very thin and weak.

it feels to me like its allergic to humid.

any thoughts what i can do? maybe some supplements ?
