I am a 27 year old man. I went to a hair loss specialist a year or a year and a half ago and he said my hair was fine apart from some thinning on the right side. A month or two ago I noticed my barber moved my hair to the right to fill in the right side. I asked him if I was receding there and he said yes. I asked him if that was why he did that and he said yes. I also asked a few friends online and they said I was receding on the right side. I showed one this picture and he said I was diffuse thinning as well: http://i.imgur.com/NKtUZFr.jpg So for 4 days I have been using Finasteride. It is giving me a lot of fatigue but if my hair is going to get worse I will continue using it. Please give your opinions on my hair. Thanks.

I see no signs of hairloss. At 27 even if you're starting now I strongly doubt much will change in the next 10 years especially on propecia.

lol i don't see any hairloss either man. It's your choice to take finasteride but I don't see why you need it.

as other users said i dont see any hair loss. starting finasteride might be a little bit overkill at this point. i'd recommend you monitor it for a few months and try to confirm there is actually any thinning going on and then jump on finasteride if there is.
