Hi, I am 19, and I am at the age where I fear that I will be shortly thinning due to my genetics (unless I already am). How would I be able to distinguish between actually thinning hair so that I can jump on meds asap? And if the following pictures is actually a representation of thinning? thanks!

Check if your hair strands get progressively thinner towards the roots.

Isnt some miniaturization normal? So if younlluck a hair chances are that you pick a miniaturized strand instead of a healthy one.

Check my other thread and you see what I'm talking about lol

I remember reading that about 5% of all hairs are miniaturizing in a non balding person. So if you get those miniaturized hairs often, you're facing Androgenetic Alopecia.
