How Would I Get Something Like Setipiprant "third Party Tested"

I'm thinking of ordering some Setipiprant from one of these chinese stores but want to make SURE whatever I'm putting on my scalp is what it's supposed to be. I've read online people referring to getting their batches "third party tested" to confirm the chemical is what it's supposed to be. How on earth would I do something like that? Wouldn't even know where to start looking. Any advice would really be appreciated!
