How To Thicken Hair With Diffuse Thinning

Have any diffuse thinners found anything that has thickened their hair? Finasteride? Oral Minoxidil? Another form of medication?

I can't try finasteride at the moment, as my wife and I are trying for a baby. As soon as there is white smoke at the Vatican, I will get on it, but until then, I want to try anything I can to thicken my existing hair.

Any ideas? Things worth trying?

Taking 1 mg of finasteride daily did not have any clinically significant effect on men's semen

minoxidil worked for me in thickening my diffused thin hairs back up.

finasteride didn't do anything for that, it only prevented more hair loss
