I am wondering about the correct way to apply Regaine/Rogaine Minoxidil solution to a receding hairline.
I am a bit confused with the leaflet that came in the box as it is specifically for the crown area and not the temples.

I am using the Regaine 5% solution (extra strength) and using the spray top for it.
It says in the leaflet to spray the bald area 6 times (rubbing it in after each spray) and that will equal the required 1ml dose. However I am confused with how I should go about it with my receding hairline?
I was thinking spray each side (temple) 3 times. Would this be correct?
Also, should I spray the centre part at the front of my head which is thinning as well? (Pictures attached)

Thanks!

It does work on the temples too. They just don't claim it does because it was tested on the crown area during the trials.

I put 2 sprays each temple (skipping the centre) and 3-4 on my crown. You may also find that 1ml isn't enough to cover everywhere.

Yeah, I have read that. My temples is really the only part that is receding at the moment.

I guess I will just stick with the 3 sprays on both sides :)

Spray/drop whatever you use, make sure you take one finger and rub it in gently (not to cause any hair breakage). It won't drip down and be wasted.
