So, I'm 99% sure I've got Telogen Effluvium and male pattern baldness. Receded temples and thinning all over my head. It's noticeable how thin it is on the sides of my head, not as much on the back. I still have the same hairline as 3 years ago, but it's just super sparse now.
A couple of days ago I found a miniaturized hair about 1 1/2 inches long. About 30% of the hair was normal, then it turned into a much finer hair throughout the rest of the length. Is it normal for miniaturization to happen that quickly? Also, are tiny, eyelash like hairs falling out common for people balding who are not hard hitting treatments (Rogaine, Propecia)?
