Probably a whack theory BUT I never used to do cardio barre soccer 1-2x per week..When i stopped soccer cardio and outdoor sport ended and hair loss began.

Now there are many balding athletes so my theory probably whack BUT having started cardio again and specifically outdoors. I just feel that its making my body healthy and cant envisage hair loss after a cardio session. My blood flow is great and airways all improved. Why would my hair bald with such fitness? Great circulation and oxygen throughout body=no reason for hair loss?

However, im taking 15-30min sessions job/sprint intervals etc...so though there are bald athletes maybe other reasons such as excess cardio and training is BAD for body.

I just feel that 3-4x 20-30min outdoor cardio sessions would prevent hair loss. It just feels like it would..even my face and skin look 100x better after cardio

Nah nah. Won't prevent your genetic sensitivity to androgens screw your hair. But indeed, I also do cardio and it's enjoyable.

Yup. I do cardio seven days a week, eat super healthy (low carb, lean meats and veggies, supplements, etc...) and work outside or do manual labor most days... still going bald.

Which doesn't negate the theory at all. All of these effects will be probabilistic in nature.
