To go from a nw3 to a nw2?

I will probably be a nw2 in a few years, so I need to know how many grafts do you think and how much would it cost?

It is sort of hard to answer your question honestly unless you posted a picture that is eye brows up. We don't know your situation... Or we might. Do you have pictures?

I think what Falc is referring to in #2 is hairline placement and also the level of achieved density such as say, 70 cm2. :hairy:

Drop the hairline by a centimeter and increase the density and the graft count can change altogether. Remember, if you are rebuilding any of your hairline, this will take alot of singles.
