How Much Shampooing is Too Much?

I have been using Revivogen once a night before bed for the last 8 months. It is kinda messy and makes my hair look thinner and very oily so I wash it out with the revivogen shampoo every morning. I quit washing my entire head every morning and just wash out the front of my hair at the sink, because I only need to get my hair back at the temples.

Last week I started a new regimen. Using revivogen everyday. And folligen every other day, and lasercomb every other day (LC and folligen not on the same days) I must say that lasercomb or folligen, not sure which, made my hair look much thicker.

But anyways. The folligen also needs to be washed out, I have just been using water. So on days where I rotate in the folligen would it be okay to wash my hair twice? I'll need to wash out the revivogen in the morning and I apply folligen after work for a few hours. Then, I wash out the folligen with water and then apply revivogen an hour later. I don't want the revivogen and folligen interacting.

What complicates things even more is that I'm a runner. I get very sweaty after my 5-10 mile runs. I don't want to wash out revivogen in the morning, wash my hair after running, then apply folligen, wash it out and apply revivogen.

Will it hurt my hair to be washing it so much?

Hmmm...taking the advice of a very good friend of mine who was, at one time, at the forefront of the hair loss business, try using baby shampoo. I know that it sounds really silly but according to my friend, it's one of the best things that you could do for your hair.
