I keep thinking is now the time to get a hair transplant or do I wait for the technology to get better. I'm concerned i need quite a few hairs transplanted, I'm quite thin on top but won't go completely bald as I'm the same as my dad. He has fine hair all quite dark still.

Another concern is I have heard that the procedure kills off some of your original remaining hairs, Is this always the case. I'm pretty much like my dad hair-wise but I have a lot of light hairs too. this may be from years of extremely high stress levels and I'm happy to make changes to change that.

So i'd just like to know what people think.

thanks for reading.

The hairs you have right now on top sound like the least of your worries. Realistically the chances of harming them is low compared to what you gain with additional grafts.
