actually there are more than a few European studies that prove it his merit. Bryan has a couple of them on his site.

You've only been using it for one month I think you need to give it a lot more time before you pass any kind of judgement on it.

Two months and no one on this site has ever said anythig to the contrary. And the merit by Euro's was when it was probably taken orally and only women can do that.

Redbone - On propecia on Xandrox 2x/day do you think spironolactone is even necessary at this point? You're using it nights only right? I was reading Dr. Lee's FAQ and he said that you probably need to use spironolactone twice a day for it to be effective so for practical purposes Xandrox is the way to go.

Yes, he told me that usign Sprio 2x a day is not realistic for most people and it is not because it is greasy and you cant go to work looking like that. So that is why he suggest it once at night along with Xandrox 2x a day.

I just started the propecia and have another months supply of spironolactone I will use til its gone and then just Xandrox and Propecia.

With the Propecia and Xandrox that is all one shoud need for DHT suppression in theory. spironolactone is for people who can't tolerate Propecia.
