How many times a week should I use Nizoral. Also 1% or 2%?

How many times a week should I be using nizoral? Also when Im in the US it seems to have 1% ketoconazole but in the UK its 2%. Should I use it differently depending on which type it is?

I'm in Canada, we can get 2% Keto over the counter.

I use to apply 2% 3x a week but now I'm only doing it twice a week.

Also, make sure you let it soak in for 3-5 minutes.
