How many hair shed when you wash you head, brush your hair..

My regime is only spironolactone 1% and multi vitamines. My hair shed a lot, When i brush my hair in front o the mirror, lost of long black hairs fall in the sink. I have long hair, what kind of hair is the thinning type? Most of what i see are thick long hairs, rarely small thin hairs.. please give me some light here!

I have female pattern baldness. Is it the same as diffuse thinning?

what i think you have is diffuse thinning that is very similar to female pattern baldness due to the fact ,that it is possible to remain a norwood 1
but thin everywere on top of the head.This is the type of hairloss that i myself suffer from.I find this type of hair loss to be very common in southern european countries as i myself am half spanish half english.
