how many duasteride users?

Hey guys, I have been on propecia almost a year by next month and my hair situation is difficult 2 explain. My hair has gotten better in some ways but stayed the same in others. I think i need a little more power to thicken up some thin hair so I am really debating using duasteride or not?

Is any1 here on dutasteride and can tell me their expieriences with it?
