How long do you think it would take for you to go a true nw5-7 if you were to stop all treatments tomorrow, whether it be finasteride, dutasteride, RU, minoxidil?

Depends on how aggressive your hair loss is really. If it's aggressive, probably like 5-10 years if you're like a Norwood 2.

good question, and yes it completely depends on how aggressive it is and whether or not it is sped up by other factors, like Telogen Effluvium. My older bro's hair loss advanced like mine. identical, down to the friggin hair. It was like looking in a mirror. Then I had Telogen Effluvium a few times and f*cked everything with finasteride. He is three years older and has more hair than me now. I think RU has definitely made things worst as well. I am considering dropping it.

Buck, aren't you in your 40s man? Why not just let things go and be happy you got to experience your younger years with nice hair. Most of the guys you are talking with on this forum are combating this **** in their mid 20s, me included

Buzz your hair and find out.

See where your current pattern is. If you're lucky it will not be apparent but for the majority under right lighting willl be able to see the final patter n

This is a question that I've pondered myself many times. Meds don't really seem to be doing much for me. It's a question that I may not like the answer, but I really would like to know what my final pattern will be and just how long I have left with my hair.
Maybe I'm thinking that my loss is worse then it really is.

I lost 50% of the density on the entire top of my head in only like 5-6 months while being on finasteride. Certain things can REALLY speed up male pattern baldness. Especially telogen effluvium.

Norwood 2.8....just started minoxidil 2 weeks ago, boy people talk about sheds but until you see yourself in the mirror...vom.

Currently only using around 1ml dropped at random spots and amounts on my head, whenever I can be bothered. This shyte must be going systemic since I'm finally regrowing absurdly abundant nasal hair after a 1.5 year amphetamine binge burnt it all out for what I presumed was on a permanent basis.

Oh sorry, I meant to say I reckon it'll be by the time I'm 40.

My regime is super weak, and I do not think it is working at all. I have very aggressive diffuse thinning on the top of my head, and I bet I will be NW5 in 3-5 years.
