some timelines for each please.
I have been on prox-N and Nano shampoo and nizarol since mid July.. as far as shedding I am still shedding. Some days I feel that my hair is thicker some days I feel that it’s like sh*t. Overall so far its getting worse still shedding and thinning. I think 2 months is too early to make a judgment you need to stick to any treatment at least six months before you decide if you should continue or drop it or add something else...
And my advice to you take pics at the begging, at six months mark and at 1 year mark. This will really show you if the treatment is working.
If you are using nizarol to stop the loss don’t expect a lot from it its mild Anti-Androgen. Either take propecia or consider spironolactone. I am thinking about adding spironolactone to regime, but still researching old posts and other resources.

yea, i notice the same things. Some days i sware I look taller or thinner. The same thing goes with my hair. Sometimes it looks like my hairline is straight to me almost, but other days it looks like sh*t. But overall it has obviously improved from its previous state.
