I have been on dutasterise now for over a year, possible getting to the point of a year and a half. A couple of times I have stopped the medication but for no longer than 1-2 weeks. My hairline and crown seem stable, but I am curious about th diffuse pattern thinning across my scalp (please see my thread in the story section) my dad, uncle and granddad all suffered from pretty aggressive male pattern baldness and therefore am doubtful that dutasteride hasn't reached its potential. So just how long should I wait before I am supposed to see results... Or should I just have 0.5mg daily instead of every other day? Or should I maybe throw on finasteride? I want to try and avoid minoxidil due to bad experiences.
