Hello:woot:

I have a diffuse Androgenetic Alopecia.
I have 27 years.
I start the big 3 for 5 weeks.
I also use RU58841 for 2 weeks.
on average how long is effective treatment.
on the French forums they say up to 3 or 4 years.
is this true?

I am a little disappointed ...

What do you think?

I think it depends how agrresive your male pattern baldness ie, I've heard of people using popecia for 10+ years and still have a full head of hair. All a game of luck.
Minoxdil gives out much quicker than propecia, not 100% sure but after like 2 years if your lucky it will slowly loose its effectiveness.

it is therefore a losing fight for me. I thought it was more than 4 years long.
i'm in 20's ......

It isn't always the case , hair loss is quite a random and complicated thing , it's up to your genes , some would lose their hair slowly while some would lose them quickly enough.

You can't know how long it will last in fact , but in major cases and from what I've seen so far , it doesn't last that long.
In fact that so called "life treatment" isn't worth its feature of being a life treatment.

Just search online for "10+ years propecia"
Honestly there are dozens of people who have kept and maintained their hair for way longer than 4 years.

And theres always alternatives to these products, have you ever head of dutasteride? Extremely potent stuff that I'm pretty sure never stops works.
That product you use RU58841 is basically topical finasteride, that stuff you are using will never stop working, if you apply it properly you'll mostly likely keep your hair forever.
