have a gyno since I was 13 years old just from natural causes and have taken finasteride for 7 or so years with no furthering. I’ve been taking dutasteride for about 5 months and was taking spironolactone oral 50-100 a day on a an off for a few months. I also have a small amount of estradiol and progesterone in my topical. I have discontinued the spironolactone for at least a month but still use topical 5%, but very little, and I have backed my dutasteride down to 3 days a week for about a month. I do t have any real furthering but my nipples are sensitive and sore most of the time. Before when I was on the dutasteride I didn’t have anything, but really only when I upped the spironolactone dose did something become noticeable. I guess the question is for anyone who has or has had gyno how long did it take in a regimen to noticed symptoms?
How Long After Starting A Med Did Anyone Start To Experience Gyno?
